Description
According to granularity standard, tungsten powder can be divided into coarse, medium and fine granularity type. Crystalline tungsten powder is of silver powder, and its impurity content is based on the national standard. In addition to certain requirements of impurity content, the oxygen content should be controlled within a certain range. Tungsten powder particle size is generally 2~10μm of Fisher average particle size. At the same time, its surface area, bulk density, tap density purity and particle size have a direct impact on the production and quality of tungsten products. Tungsten powder is widely used in the production of weight fillers, radiation shielding fillers and induction accelerators, etc. The thin film surface of its polymer mixture is ideally suitable for radiation protection. Classification
1. Crystalline Tungsten Powder (Coarse)
It is of CTP grade with good flow ability. Its color is dark grey. And it can be used for diamond drilling and shoot bombing in petroleum exploitation industry.
2. Tungsten Powder for Spraying
It is of FWP grade with good flow ability. Its color is bright grey. It is often applied in high temperature conditions for spraying.
