Description
Tungsten needles are made by materials with high melting point, strong corrosion resistance, high density, good thermal conductivity and superior electrical conductivity. It’s important for argon arc and plasma welding practices seeking high quality to accurately grind the diameter and angle of pole. Our factory can produce tungsten needles with accurate tolerance and sharpen the pole. Pole of our tungsten replacement needles can be sharpened at one end or two ends.

Applications
1. These tungsten needles are applied for hard material filar guide, arc welding, electron probe element, electronic component, cathode discharge needle, electrodes for lamps.
2. These tungsten needles can also be used for electro micro-dissection, LED and LCD testing, jewelry, watch and clock repair, static discharge, laboratory work and other general industrial practices.
3. They can also be utilized as ion emitters, and used with standard pin holders or pin vises.
